Visitor Guidelines for Central Asia Wedding Expo

Central Asia Wedding Expo is the region's leading wedding industry exhibition, bringing together wedding professionals, suppliers, luxury brands, and engaged couples under one roof. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple visitor guidelines. 

We recommend completing your online registration before arriving at the exhibition. Your electronic ticket will help you avoid queues at the entrance and provide faster access to the exhibition.

Please note a few simple rules for visitors:

  • The exhibition is open to engaged couples, families, wedding planners, and professionals from the wedding and event industries.
  • Organized groups, including educational institutions and professional training organizations, are welcome when accompanied by a teacher or group leader.
  • Visitors under 17 years of age may enter the exhibition only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Admission to the exhibition closes 30 minutes before the end of each exhibition day.
Visitors with an official invitation from the organizers or participating exhibitors may also register at the venue and receive a personalized visitor badge.

By registering for the exhibition or accepting an official invitation, visitors confirm that they agree to the exhibition rules and undertake to comply with the visitor regulations established by the organizers.
